Congregational Council Ministry Reports

Intention

The congregation council requests that ministry teams submit a monthly written ministry report to the congregation council summarizing their ministry team’s activities, needs, and intentions. The intention is to 1) open lines of communication between the council and ministry teams and 2) to reduce council meeting time. This is an experiment we will try in the first quarter of 2023 after which council and ministry teams will evaluate if the practice addresses the above intentions.
