Wrapped in Love: 28 Quilts for New Beginnings

THANK YOU for your support to New Journey's Sew Journers! 28 quilts, blessed by the congregation on August 10, were delivered to Native American Connections to be received by persons moving into apartments. Native American Connections provides more than 400 units of affordable housing with dedicated programming for seniors, low-income families with children, and low-income individuals in the greater Phoenix area. We appreciate Beulah's loving leadership of the quilters!

In addition, a beautiful queen quilt sewed by Karen Bowman and hand tied by the Sew Journers was given, on behalf of New Journey, to Pr. Beth Gallen and her family as they move to their new affiliation with California Lutheran University.
