This important gathering is an opportunity for us to come together as a faith community, celebrate what God is doing among us, and make decisions that shape our shared ministry.

What’s on the agenda?
The detailed agenda will be distributed in January, but here are some key items you can expect:

• Approval of the 2026 Mission Spending Plan

• Reports from Council, Pastor, and Ministry Teams

• Update on the Pastoral Transition Process

• Election of new leaders for:

  • Church Council

  • Financial Audit Team

  • Synod Assembly Representatives
